I have tutored both high school and college students and I'm committed to making sure my students understand the material I am teaching them inside and out. My approach to tutoring is very methodical, and I give my students as much information as I can in the clearest way possible. I want them to do well, and I really enjoy it when I see their performance improve on tests and in the classroom. I focus on each student to determine the exact areas where they need help and then I work with them one-on-one to insure they comprehend the material and feel they have the knowledge they need to succeed. I attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and I tutor in the areas of Algebra, Elementary and Middle School Math, European History, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Economics, Arithmetic, Pre-Algebra, Math, Business, and Social Studies. I also do test preparation including SAT Writing, SAT Critical Reading, SAT Mathematics, SAT Verbal, and General SAT prep. I make sure my students are very well prepared for standardized testing and I coach them in all of the key areas so that they are prepared to perform under pressure. I enjoy playing my guitar, going to the movies, and traveling.
